I love taking pictures of strangers, especially when they are unaware (that sounds creepy but I don’t mean it that way!). There is beauty that shines in a spontaneous moment, an unguarded smile, or an unplanned laugh.
It can lead to deeply philosophical thought, about the number of ways we are linked to one another. In this case, by all the people there having been in that spot when you took the pictures. Stranger coincidences happen than that, at some stage, someone you come across may look at one of them and say, ‘Hey, that’s me!’.
It actually happened with my daughter and a friend of hers who were friends from about the age of 17. I blogged about it sometime ago, they realised that they had both been in the same playschool in a totally different province and town about 14 years ago.

I find strangers in my photos from time to time and wonder why I hadn’t noticed while shooting it. These people belong in these photos. They represent the goings and comings of Street Life. Great entry …. !!!!
Namaste. My soul honors your soul. I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honor the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one. Cancel reply

Absolutely 🙂
I wonder how many people have me in their holiday pics. I can only hope I was having a ‘good hair’ day. 🙂
