that is some wonderful eyeliner- ha! and in the late 1990’s – my mom actually had the tattoo eyeliner done – not sure if they even do it anymore – but it was a gift from my sis – and well, when she first got it done, my niece (who was very young) walked in and noticed something was way different – and she said “what you look like? “what you look like?” and we sometimes repeat this with her emphasis – cos it was so cute –
