Sunday Gratitude

waterlily completeI am grateful to be literate.  There are so many in the world who have not had the opportunity to learn to read and write.   I realized  just a small inkling of how it must feel to not be able to read when I was in a foreign country and I could not read or understand the information signs because they were not written in  English, but that is nothing to what a person must go through who cannot read.

I have so much to be grateful for and have chosen Sundays as the day to share my gratitude.  You can join in on sharing your gratitude too. Just click on the logo below.

  1. The things we take for granted because we have been lucky to have them. Can you imagine not being able to enjoy books and reading? I can weep at the thought of not enjoying new worlds between the covers of a book.

    Wonderful Sunday post, Hope. ❤ ❤ ❤

Awesome post as well hon. Yes, we often forget that we are so blessed to be literate. Something small that we take for granted to often. We do indeed have so much to be grateful for. Thanks for sharing. 😀

    ♥ Big Hugs ♥ ❤

Namaste. My soul honors your soul. I honor the place in you where the entire universe resides. I honor the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one.
