Those of you who know me will know how much I enjoyed taking photos of the Castle Marksburg on my visit to Germany. These photos fit well with the “Room” theme this week. These are photos of the kitchen in the castle. The very top photo is the entrance to the kitchen.
I really like the succession of arches in the first photo.
Thank you so much 🙂

I like that third one. Castles needed such huge kitchens, didn’t they?

Each photo of the kitchen has its own story to tell. All are very interesting, Michelle. 🙂 The bottom picture stands out with the “cured ham” looking so real!! Nicely taken. 🙂
It does look quite real. Thanks so much Iris 🙂 ❤

Perfect photos for this week’s challenge. Can you imagine the drudgery of working in those kitchens of yore?
I can just imagine.

Hey Michelle, would you like to continue a chain story after me? You can read the first to parts here: http://tamzentemple.com.au/chain-story/ and my part will be posted up on Thursday. Please let me know 🙂
I love it. I am just a little swamped at the moment, but will try if I get free time. Thank you for the invitation.

Awesome! Here is the link to my post that will be up Thursday: http://kimmieinwonderland.blogspot.com/2014/06/chain-story-part-3.html
It only has to be 2-3 paragraphs and doesn’t have to be immediate, so it shouldn’t be a huge undertaking if you are busy. Hope you have a good day 🙂
Thanks so much ❤
These photos are beautiful! I’d love to visit a castle one of these days! 😀
Thanks so much Linda. I hope you do.
