I’ve not blogged as much as I usually do because my mood has been a little low and I decided rather than to post about depression yet again, that I would rather just leave it for a day or two. I also find that I become a little illogical and oversensitive when the mood strikes so all the better then to rather keep quiet. I have been down this road a few times and I have found it best to keep my thoughts to myself.
I have been doing everything possible though to increase my mood. I have doubled my gym time and also took two extra yoga classes last week. Physical activity is said to improve our endorphins which are apparently a little low at the moment. I will be back in full form soon.
Just smile and jack your brightness up — yes, keep on smiling and have everybody wonder what you were up to, it works like a dream
I will do my best, Newsy

Feel well soon. A big hug for you.
Thank you Colline

I am not a depressive. But I have been there. Circumstances. I am grateful for your painfully honest posts. And for your courage. They remind me to be grateful for myself and understanding of others. Strength to you dear HH.
Thank you for your kind words, Footsy.

I find that singing my favorite songs and dancing to them, too make me feel better.
Just take it easy on yourself…
I will thanks Lorna.

Maybe you need a new human whisperer. Thinking of you.
Sounds like a good plan. I find the weather affects my moods as much as anything. Not a lot I can do about that. Feel better soonest!
Thanks Gunta.

I hope no end of endorphins are soon generated!
Me too, Col

My endorphins have been missing too. We started the 5th day without electricity (result of the big snow storm) and the whole episode was finally getting to me. But magically our power was restored and I can feel the endorphins slowly returning, even without exercising! I hope some magic arrives for you too.
So glad to hear your power is back on again

Remember the old saying, ‘Smile and the world smiles with you…’ It is true, Hope! And you will soon be feeling better. ♥

serotonin is another thing, if you have lived in a state of “flight or fright” for an extended period of time…I found a great product called Calm PRT, it’s amazing, have taken it for years, all natural. Can be bought online, wonderful mood enhancer.
Thanks art, I will see if I can find it here.
*hugs*
Have a good day too
Thanks
