I did the daily prompt today and then decided to delete it. I didn’t like it. When I did a similar thing a few months back (also from DP) I was in a dark place and why should I go and put myself there again, even if it’s just for one post. So, no – today I’m not doing it. It has been trashed and deleted. I know no one is forcing me to do the prompts, but I have this peculiar little OCD thing on the go about them…crazy old me…
Honestly, your thoughts behind not doing the prompt are better than the prompt!

I know about OCD and going places that we need not go. I haven’t decided on todays DP yet, but find writing my own eulogy would be dredging up too many feelings left alone.

I haven’t checked wordpress the whole day so had no idea about what the DP was. Went back and checked it now. Yea, it doesn’t make sense to .. Once in a blue moon you can let DP go but can imagine your itchiness to do it. I too get that sometimes..
